Our products or services are available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store, but we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

All products which appear on the website are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available and if or when they will be available again.

PRICES OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

The prices of Mabella sleepwear products and shipping services are shown in Euros (EUR). In accordance with the Slovenian law (1. paragraph of the article 94 of the Value added tax act), the prices shown do not include VAT (the VAT will not be applicated at all).

Prices are valid at the time of the conclusion of the purchase agreement. The purchase agreement between you and Mabella sleepwear is concluded at the moment when Mabella sleepwear confirms the order (you will receive an e-mail confirming the order). From that moment, all prices and other terms are fixed and apply to both parties.

All orders delivered outside of the European Union may be subject to eventual taxes and customs duties, which you (the purchaser) are responsible for paying. Shipping costs are your responsibility and are added on top of your purchase amount. Shipping costs can vary depending on the shipping address you have selected.

Mabella sleepwear reserve the right to change the content and/or price and or/delivery charges of any product at any time, without prior notification. Mabella sleepwear has no commitment that all products shown on the website are on stock.

 

DISCOUNT AND PROMOTION PRICE

Discounted price is discounted from the regular price, at which the product is sold for a fixed or indefinite time. 

Promotional prices are valid only for a limited time. The period is stated on the site. After the date, the promotion ends, the prices go back to regular price.

We constantly check to ensure that all prices shown on the site are accurate. We cannot, however, guarantee that no errors have occurred. Should an error in the price of an item occur we will give the client the option of re-confirming the purchase of the item at the correct price or to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact the client, the order will be considered to be canceled.

 

PROMOTION CODES

Promotion codes offer different benefits and are time-limited. You can find our promotional codes on an advertisement in our newsletter, on our site or elsewhere.  Each code is time-limited: it is valid and can be applied only within the estimated time limit. It is possible to apply only one promotional code per purchase. Promotional codes are not compatible (are excluded) with other sales, discounts, and promotions unless it is stated differently.

PAYMENT METHODS

The order can be paid by Paypal or by proforma invoice. We retain the legal ownership of all merchandise until full payment has been made by the customer and received by MABELLA, Jana Šturm s.p.. Legal ownership of the merchandise will immediately transfer back to us if we refund any payment for the merchandise. Risk of damage to merchandise transfers to the customer upon delivery.

INVOICE RELEASE

After receiving an order, we prepair it for the delivery. Before sending it the performa invoice is created and printed and put in the envelope with the order.

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You agree to provide true, current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, shipping information, and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Should you update your shipping information after the order has been shipped, we will not be able to resend it to your new address without additional payment for reshipping. All order dates are stored by Mabella sleepwear.

COMPLANTS AND DISPUTES

We respect the valid legislation about consumer protection and we try to do our best to deal with the complaints effectively. You can send your complaint to info@mabellaseleepwear.com or on the adress: MABELLA, Jana Šturm s.p., Miren 172/d, 5291 Miren, Slovenia. The process of the complaint procedure is confidential. After receiving the complaint we have 5 days to confirm, that we have recieved it and to inform you about the procedure and time.

We are aware that consumer disputes are very money and time consuming, that is why we strive to resolve any disputes by mutual consent. If this is is not possible we will resolve the dispute in accordance with the applicable law of Republic of Slovenia, EU, and the competent Slovenian courts

OUT OF COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with legal standards, Mabella sleepwear does not recognize any contractor for out-of-court resolutions as competent for resolving any consumer disputes that the consumer could initiate in accordance with the Out-of-Court Resolution of Consumer Disputes Act (Zakon o izvensodnem reševanju potrošniških sporov (further: ZlsRPS).
