We are happy to inform you that we ship our products in the zone of EU. For worldwide shipping please contact us. We will check if it is possiple to ship to your country.

PROCESSING TIME

If the items are in stock we will ship your order within three (3) working days after receiving your payment from Paypal or credit cards.

DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time for Slovenia is 1-3 working days (+processing time).

Delivery time for international orders is usually 2-8 working days for EU (+ processing time) and 5-15 days for countries outside EU (+proscessing time)

In case, the item is not on stock, the delivery time may become longer. If this happens we will inform you within 3 working days.

Important: Please note, all international packages that are delivered outside the EU may be subject to duties and taxes. This could extend the delivery period.

DELIVERY COST

The price for shipping in Slovenia is 2,90 EUR (regardless of weight or amount of your order).

For orders from Slovenia there is also the possibility to pick up the order at the bussines address.

The price for international EU standard shipping is 9,90 EUR (regardless of weight or amount of your order).

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased on www.mabellasleepwear.com you have the right to, within 14 days, notify the company MABELLA, Jana Sturm s.p. (the owner of Mabella sleepwear) in a written form, that you are withdrawing from contract. You can do this by sending us an e-mail on info@mabellasleepwear.com. Please note: It is your responsibility to send the items back and to cover the cost of return shipping.

The fourteen (14) day deadline for the withdrawal from the contract begins on the day after the day of receipt/delivery of the ordered goods. In the electronic notification on the withdrawal from the contract, you must unambiguously state the decision to withdraw from the contract (along with your name and the date of submitted order) or fill out the form for the withdrawal from the contract, which you will find here.
 

RETURN TIME

The goods must be returned with the copy of the original invoice to the company owner (MABELLA, Jana Šturm s.p) within 14 days of the withdrawal from contract.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unmodified  and with all original tags attached. If the product won't meet the required conditions or will arrive dirty, damaged or used, we have the right to refuse the refund.

MONEY REFUND

Refund of the received payment will be carried out by the company immediately or at the latest within 14 days upon receiving the product in an unchanged state back, by the same means of payment, as was used by the consumer. If the consumer agrees we will refund the money on his bank account. The costs of the return shipping are paid by the customer.

TIPS FOR RETURNING

1. Send us a notification on our e-mail, that you are withdrawing from the contract.

2. When returning the items you must include the withdrawal in a written form plus the original invoice.

3. Send the items back on this address: MABELLA, Jana Šturm s.p., Miren 172/D, 5291 Miren with the annotation »MABELLA SLEEPWEAR«.

4. We recommend you to choose a shipping provider that offers tracking items when sending them back to us as we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange for lost items that we do not receive. You should prepare the items properly for transport (protect it).

5. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping.

EXCHANGE

If the size of the purchased items does not suit you, we will be happy to exchange it for the right size. We give you 14 days of time after receiving the ordered goods to exchange them. However, it is your responsibility to cover the cost of return shipping. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, unmodified and with all original tags attached. Please inform us before sending us the item back by e-mail on info@mabellasleepwear.com.

HANDLING DAMAGED ITEMS

If you have noticed when receiving the package that the items or package itself is damaged, missing some pieces or was opened before, you should fill in a complaint procedure at the shipping provider (Pošta Slovenije or GLS). After we submit the package to the shipping provider, we are not responsible for the eventual problems caused by them (missing packages, damaged or opened package). You should open a compliant procedure in those cases and you

should also contact and inform us about on info@mabellasleepwear.com.
