In accordance with the EU legislation, the transmission of the personal data to the not EU companies is prohibited unless when the transmission to those companies still ensures a high level of security of personal data. We ensure that those, not EU companies we work with are members of the Privacy Shield Framework, which ensure the same security of personal data as you can expect it in the EU.
In case we would like to transmit information to not EU companies, that have not those high standards, we will notice you before and ask you for your consense.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data may only be stored for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected or further processed.
FREEDOM OF CHOICE
